Come Home to Your Body, Your Strength, Your Self
Movement and support that meet you exactly where you are.
Movement and support that meet you exactly where you are.
A place where you’re truly seen, supported, and celebrated just as you are.
Through coaching, I’ll help you step into the best version of yourself. The version who feels strong, confident, and fully aligned with the amazing person you're becoming. Why? Because when you're at your best, you show up not only for yourself, but for those you love and the world around you.
Hi, I’m Emmy. I’m a coach who sees your potential and walks with you as you step into it.
I launched Emmy Movement because I know firsthand how transformative it feels to be truly seen, heard, and guided toward your healthiest self. My gift is creating a space where you’re met with empathy, encouragement, and personalized support.
I’ve always been passionate about helping people overcome their barriers and reach their full potential. Whether it was cheering on students in my cycling classes, applying the discipline of my black belt training, or translating medical sales know-how into practical wellness tools, I’ve developed a coaching approach that blends empathy with a results-driven focus. I help clients achieve transformative, lasting change in both their personal and professional lives.
Watching someone shift from self-doubt to self-belief lights me up. That is why I do this work.
I’ve been the client too. I’ve navigated healing seasons, breakthroughs, and those tough “keep showing up” days. That’s why everything I offer — from coaching calls to personal training to walk-and-talk sessions —is designed with real life, real challenges, and real growth in mind.
I’m honored to hold this space for you. I’m so glad you’re here. Your journey starts now. Let’s take that first step together.
